I'm Linda from Redding, CA. Although I'm not even close to being on the same "computer goddess" level as Susan and Jodee (aka Harvey), I work in the MIS dept. of a family owned manufacturing plant and handle most of their tech support.

This is my fifth cruise, the second on Grand Princess. I met Susan & Gene (MSGCurry, GCurry) and Sue & Rick (ricsue) on the CC roll call for that cruise and we had lots of fun on that cruise! Trivia, deck parties, Pez Quadro, Paradise Beach, The Wet Lizard, moon over Belize, you name it, we had a blast doing it together! We have all remained good friends and have had several reunions since then. I've traveled to Texas 3 or 4 times and we all met up in Vegas last year (let's not talk about the entire day I missed because I drank all the red wine the casino had in stock). I've spent my last 2 birthdays with my Texas friends, including my 50th this past April. They have become my dearest friends! Gene and I pick on each other all the time, but deep down we really like each other (don't tell him I said that, I don't think he knows!).

Last year I sailed on the Rhapsody of the Seas with Sue & Rick, and stayed at the Curry's Bed & Breakfast a couple of days before the cruise, so I could visit with them. On the CC roll call for that cruise, I met Jodee/Harvey (mariemorgan), Robin & Dirk (manymeadows), and Karolyn (calicouple). They are all on this cruise with us now, so we must not have worked hard enough to scare them off. It wasn't for lack of trying...I stalked Robin & Dirk throughout the cruise, and still they signed up to be on the same ship with me again! Jodee's parents, Diane & Jerry (jhayka) are going on this one as well. They didn't post on the Rhapsody thread and I didn't meet them on the ship, but they can't hide this time!

I'm very much looking forward to this cruise. I just can't wait to meet all of you! We have had such a blast posting and making this thread the biggest and best that CC ever saw!! Everybody sounds like so much fun and I just know we're going to have the best cruise ever!
